Purcell, E. M., & Morin, D. J. (2013). Electricity and Magnetism (Third edition). Cambridge University Press.

This book is on a league of it's own. The CUP edition is expensive, especially for Indian students. But note that it is far more carefully edited than the recent cheaper Berkeley series edition which claims to use the SI units.

Griffiths, D. J. (2023). Introduction to Electrodynamics (5th ed.). Cambridge University Press.
